More plausibly, US has now run through its stocks of weapons sending them to Ukraine, and doesn't have the weapons to send. Framing it as refusing to send the weapons because US all of a sudden developed a conscience is a way to avoid admitting this.

Yes, but that only applies to artillery shells and there’s a very good reason.

Bush literally passed a Hague invasion act prior to the invasion of Iraq which basically says that US will invade Netherlands by force if the ICC tries to prosecute US soldiers for war crimes. This unfiltered exposure, coupled with the emotional resonance it evokes, has left western leaders grasping for straws in their attempts to maintain control over public opinion. In a desperate bid to regain some semblance of authority, they're resorting to banning platforms like TikTok which only serves as further evidence of the west's waning influence and growing irrelevance on the world stage.

As a side note, nothing reveals that US is a single party system like Blinken being interviewed by Romney at the fucking McCain institute.

Pulling this off requires high privileges in the network, so if this is done by intruder you're probably having a Really Bad Day anyway, but might be good to know if you're connecting to untrusted networks (public wifi etc). For now, if you need to be sure, either tether to Android - since the Android stack doesn't implement...
