  1. I spent money on organic non salted pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, so that I can feed the birds and squirrels in my neighborhood.
  2. I actually got to feed a squirrel that got super close to me. It reminded me of that one time I tried to make a neighborhood squirrel a pet. I was 6 yrs old. My grandmother was NOT too happy about it 😅
  3. I am reading a book that's healing me and inspiring me to forgive myself and others.

  1. Grateful for tulsi tea. It calms me.
  2. When the sun comes out, it's always a good morning. I live in upstate NY, seeing the sun come out is the best thing. Plus, I'm a Caribbean person, I need me some sunshine.
  3. Recharging my batteries after helping a close friend is a must. I know it can hurt when your loved one asks for space, but I promise you, it's a good thing. Boundaries are good for any relationship. It honors those relationships.

  1. Went to the park. Managed to get a few good shots of a squirrel.
  2. Had a conversation with a bird. The bird looked at me curiously. I smiled and giggled at the way it checked me out.
  3. Soaked up the sun for an hour. That felt sooooooo goooood.

  1. Received an invitation to speak to a group of retired veterans in Washington, DC, interested in learning about writing memoir.

  2. Had a fun time catching up with my fellow Women in Publishing Summit panelists. Our March 6 presentation is going to rock!

  3. Enjoyed some tasty homemade chicken enchiladas for lunch.

1.I cleaned my house, got a shower gave my partner two massages lasting 1.5 hours each, played with kitties, and did laundry, did 6 litter boxes, picked up medicine, and walked the dog twice already and fed the dog twice, I’m pet sitting.
He’s not near the cats. In the past. 24 hours.
2. I found some new music I like from new singer/songwriter

💰 Finally payday!

💸 I got to pay almost all of my bills, except utilities (the invoice is not yet shared).

🍴 Ate at an upscale local restaurant with my husband. It was so expensive compared to cuisines of the same kind in different places but gosh the QC for the ingredients is excellent.

1/3 Ok, a lot of us seem to have had a tough week, . One of the reasons I do 3GT is that it is, in a small way, meditation. It's a way to force yourself to stop. Breathe. Clear out your intrusive thoughts. Realize this moment is for you; just for you. Now. Keep breathing. Think of something good about today. Maybe that's a struggle. Maybe it feels small and banal. Maybe it's just that you didn't get hit by that bus, or your milk didn't spoil. But that's still A Good Thing!

🏥 Dad's surgery went 3 hours longer than planned but was a success.

💊 Dad's resting comfortably and not in much pain, considering.

🛌 I am now off nursemaid duty and can sleep as long as I want.
